FLOW Bottles Refund and Returns Policy

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Please note: We do not accept returns or refunds for non-defective products.
Returns are only accepted if the product is defective or damaged upon delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer without contacting us first.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days..

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

1. Recheck your bank account.

2. Contact your credit card company (it may take some time before a refund is officially posted).

3. Contact your bank (processing times may vary).

EXCHANGES

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected] and return your item to provided address.

SHIPPING RETURNS

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
